Senior Commerical Auto/GL Claims Adjuster
About The Position
Job Description: Our client is seeking to add a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster . Responsibilities include moderate to complex Commercial Auto and General Liability C laims throughout the United States . This person would be required to i nvestigate claims via telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact with claimants, attorneys, insureds, witnesses and others having pertinent information. This position is fully remote. Process assigned claims and determine benefits due pursuant to the client contract . Work proactively towards claims resolution with defense counsel and clients, while adhering to audit requirements and resolving claims in a timely manner. M ake timely claims payments and adjustments ; co mmunicate claim action/processing with claimant and client. Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct. P rovide comprehensive, complete thorough analysis of coverage determination . Prepare detailed reports, review and prepare responsive correspondence to achieve settlement .
Requirements
- Litigation Experience Required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- NY Adjuster's License is required
- Minimum 3 years of Coverage analysis and experience writing coverage letters required
