Manager, Brand Execution Commercialization role leads and drives go-to-market strategies for product launches across a commercialization team focused on Retail and Omni Channels (including e-commerce) that will deliver on business objectives and grow market share. This highly collaborative role works cross-functionally to create integrated launch alignment and brand experiences across our product portfolios, brands, channels, and segments within a matrix organization. You will guide development of content to support all product launches, and drive collaboration between cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercialization activities to achieve successful product launches. You will facilitate and guide our annual strategic planning process, manage cross-functional budgets to support commercialization activities and help prepare inputs required for capital requests to support new product projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple channels, team management, strategic vision, and driving for results.
