Senior Commercial Systems Specialist
About The Position
Essity is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Systems Specialist who will be responsible for the operations, management, and optimization of all commercial systems and tools for the Health and Medical North America team. This role primarily deals with the sales and marketing teams but may also work cross-functionally to support overall business needs. . The ideal candidate should/could live in Charlotte, NC. Requirements
- Degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business).
- Min. 3+ years of experience in system management or a related field.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Advanced knowledge of system configuration and maintenance.
- Proficiency in system management tools and technologies.
- Proven track record in system management and development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of AI advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and maintenance of commercial systems and tools
- Develop advanced system reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or similar
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and fulfill requirements and ensure alignment on system projects.
- Create system documentation and support for end-users on system tools and technologies.
- Conduct comprehensive system audits to ensure proper functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement system integration processes to enhance system capabilities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and follow up targets set inside CRM and the other Commercial Systems
- Ensure activation of system elements with the commercial teams to drive user adoption and maximize tool utilization.
