CoStar is seeking a Senior Commercial Rent Analyst, with a focus on commercial real estate (CRE) data analysis, data validation, and accuracy evaluation/tracking, to join our growing analytics organization. The Senior Commercial Rent Analyst will enhance commercial rent estimates by improving data quality, supporting the lease abstraction process, and driving accuracy in rent estimation models. This role will collaborate with research, product, and quantitative teams to streamline data collection systems and enhance data quality. Additionally, the analyst will lead product prototyping, benchmarking, and cloud migration efforts, advance space-level analytics, and deliver tools to improve the productivity and efficiency of the analyst team. This is a full-time in-office position that will be based in our Richmond, VA office.
