The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) manages commercial banking relationships for Real Estate Developers and Real Estate Holding companies ranging in size from $3 million to the Bank’s legal lending limit. The incumbent has overall responsibility for retaining and expanding existing commercial relationships, as well as developing new commercial relationships. This may involve the sale and servicing of credit and non-credit products, including, but not limited to wealth offerings, residential mortgage products, corporate cash management and on-line banking services. This position serves as the "gatekeeper" for other Bank products and services. The SRM will interview customers and prospects to understand information concerning their business needs, financial condition, and performance to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk as defined by the Bank's credit policy.
