We are seeking an accomplished Senior Commercial Real Estate Agent who brings a proven book of business, an abundance mindset, and a genuine passion for mentoring the next generation of brokers. This individual will continue producing at a high level while developing junior agents into future top performers. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Alabama real estate license (agent or broker)
  • Proven book of business averaging significant 1099 commission income over the last 3-4 years
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience (formal or informal)
  • Abundance mindset - willingness to openly share clients, deals, and knowledge without fear of competition
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling, CRM systems, and presentation tools

Nice To Haves

  • CCIM designation (or active candidate)
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of commercial brokerage experience
  • Existing leadership roles in industry organizations or community boards
  • Track record of developing junior talent into successful producers

Responsibilities

  • Personally close leasing, sales, and investment transactions across all commercial sectors (industrial, office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, land, 1031 exchanges, etc.)
  • Actively prospect and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referral relationships
  • Deliver sophisticated investment analysis, valuation opinions, and strategic consulting to clients and investors
  • Mentor junior agents: bring them into deals, teach deal structure and negotiation, share relationships, and cultivate their growth with patience and generosity
  • Lead by example in work ethic, integrity, and community involvement
  • Leverage technology (CRM, Excel financial modeling, presentation software) to manage team pipeline and create institutional quality client deliverables
