About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: Manage assigned projects/enhancements and follow SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Develop communication materials for diverse audiences, including business and IT leadership Facilitate workshops to analyze data, and document business processes and workflows. Manage relationships with vendors and ensure they meet project requirements and deliverables. Coordinate with procurement and legal teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital solutions. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new technologies and processes. Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to address concerns and build support for digital transformation initiatives. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed. Ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, monitoring risks throughout the project and implementing contingency plans when necessary to minimize disruptions Minimum of 7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field a plus Project management certifications (PMP and/or Agile) are a plus 3+ years experience managing software development projects Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies and project management tools Proven experience in managing software development projects, including experience with project estimation techniques Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in busines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the software development process, including methodologies like Agile; familiarity with technology platforms and API integrations Project Planning and Execution: Ability to develop project plans, set timelines, and manage budgets to ensure timely completion of milestones. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them. Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the development team. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented to ensure software meets specific requirements and standards. Critical Thinking: Ability to strategize, plan, and troubleshoot projects. Flexibility: Adaptability to changing project requirements and the ability to adjust priorities and processes on the fly. User Experience Understanding: Insight into user experience research to ensure the software is intuitive and easy to use. Requirements
