About The Position

In this role, you have the opportunity to bridge central requirements and regional/business level needs. You will support the regional head and business leaders during the pre-cadence and cadence review processes, tracking performance against targets and ensuring linearity in operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting regional and business level OIT and sales monthly reviews to gain clear insights on performance metrics, playing a key role in supporting regional roll-up submissions, and preparing and presenting for pre-cadence and sales cadence meetings. You will be accountable for highlighting risks and opportunities with clear justifications, proposing recovery actions to drive business transparency and excellence. Additionally, you will bridge central operation processes and requirements to the region, assisting the regional/business team in building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational excellence. Reporting back to the central COP on any deals' milestone statuses and commitment deviations in a timely manner will also be part of your role. Your responsibilities will extend to improving the regional performance review process by designing standard review packages that accommodate dynamic business management model changes. You will co-own forecast accuracy at the order level and conduct granular analyses of business segments on a monthly and quarterly basis. Furthermore, you will communicate targets deployed to the region/district by modalities, business models, and solutions, tracing target achievements accordingly. You will drive the regional sales team to meet commitments and pacing targets, monitoring and ensuring adherence to internal processes for smooth implementation. Explaining deviations versus forecasts and executing analyses for business leaders will be crucial, as will supporting them in identifying root causes and executing remedy actions, which should be escalated to the central COP. Your role will also involve managing CRM input quality, supporting regional administrative management, and coordinating training and communication sessions. You will facilitate solution deal cross-function flow adjustments, strengthen solution deals and professional services, and update control policies/SOPs to improve operational efficiency. As the key contact for the sales and marketing teams, you will facilitate internal process communication on specific needs and monitor dealer DDP progress to improve coverage and compliance. Regularly sharing dashboards with the commercial team on performance management and leading sales improvement projects aligned with business priorities will be essential. You will act as a coach for less experienced colleagues and work on continuous improvement and optimization of internal processes. Proactively monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, you will assist the leadership team in developing plans, resource allocation, and business strategies that lead to market share gains and achievement of Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
