The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager North America is responsible for shaping and executing the communication strategy across the region, with a particular emphasis on managing Connectivity—including access for both legacy and new products, as well as overseeing new connectivity platforms. This role leads the development and implementation of visual identity and brand hierarchy while ensuring all efforts are consistent with the overall brand. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with ITS vendors and managing the overall service for our capital hardware business. Collaboration with executive leadership is essential to develop impactful messaging, thought leadership, and public relations communications. Additionally, the role oversees the tracking of key performance indicators to guide marketing strategy, identifies and onboards external agencies, develops budgets, leads the annual kickoff meeting, and directs the execution of large-scale campaigns that engage multiple business units and North American audiences
