About The Position

As a Senior Commercial Manager, Major Component Replacement Projects you will implement large-scale engineering projects. You will increase business development efforts with collaboration with our teams and clients. You will report to the VP of Commercial LTO and will be remote.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• General knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant Operations
• Experience successfully managing the sales process for multimillion-dollar projects
• Proven negotiation skills, with experience managing complex contracts and project terms

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Use practical experience in project execution to develop sales strategies that align with our capabilities
• Lead negotiations on contracts, agreements, and project terms
