About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist as part of Agency Services division within Commercial Banking Operations. This team services commercial real estate loans by providing account maintenance, funding modifications, and reviewing/preparing closing documents including in-depth review of collateral, legal agreements, and credit approvals to ensure company requirements are met. The Senior Specialist will maintain their own portfolio of loans and be expected to perform well in a high-risk environment.
