About The Position
The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services. Requirements
- Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Senior-Level Performance - The candidate selected will bring an elevated level of performance and professionalism to the team, setting an example for others.
- Insurance: 3 years (Required)
- Property & Casualty License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
- Process endorsements for clients.
- Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Support designated sales staff.
- Review and respond to renewal activities.
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
