Requirements

3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn.
CRM scheduling software use; preferred ServiceTitan
EPA Universal Certification
TDLR credential
TWIC credential a plus but not required
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment such as package units, commercial split systems, mini-splits, VRF/VRV, VAV, air cooled chillers.
Repair, replace and maintain equipment components such as compressors, blower/fan motors, pumps, actuators, and expansive valves.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and low temp chill water systems.
Repair, replace and or calibrate Basic controls.
