About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence team. In this position, you will help build and maintain critical digital enablement platforms that support internal functions such as Finance, Marketing, and Operations, as well as the entire Field Sales Organization. You will be responsible for delivering impactful analytics, creating sales enablement tools, shaping resource deployment strategies, and helping the field address business challenges through timely insights. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, including Sales Support, Marketing, Finance, and Information Systems (IS), and a strong working knowledge of Boston Scientific’s sales tools and resources. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
