Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required or work experience equivalent
• Have the ability to use general office equipment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently with specific job functions.
• Ability to work with the commercial lending staff.
• Good knowledge of appraisal and environmental regulations/requirements.
• Deadline and detailed oriented and accurate.
• Ability to deal with and show discretion in confidential matters.
• 25% availability to travel outside of 25-mile radius.
• Ability to sit, drive, bend, answer the phone and perform computer input.

Nice To Haves

• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial statements and credit data to assess risk and support sound lending decisions
• Collaborate closely with commercial lenders to structure deals that support business growth
• Prepare high-quality credit memos with clear, well-supported recommendations
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signs
• Serve as a thought partner and mentor to junior analysts
