Your role: Serves as the organization’s expert in contract management, offering strategic guidance on high‑value, complex agreements and advising senior leadership on critical decisions. Leads the negotiation, drafting, and execution of intricate contracts, ensuring terms align with business objectives and meet all legal and compliance standards. Designs and implements advanced contract management frameworks and best-practice methodologies to elevate organizational performance and ensure regulatory alignment. Performs thorough risk assessments on high-stakes contracts and resolves complex contractual issues by applying deep subject‑matter expertise and effective mitigation strategies. Mentors team members while shaping contract‑related policies and collaborating with cross-functional leaders, providing insights that support strategic planning and continuous improvement. Requirements

• You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in contract management (drafting, negotiation of terms, aligning cross-functionally with stakeholders).
• Your skills include commercial acumen, risk mitigation strategies, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, key performance indicator management, strategy implementation, and continuous improvement.
• You have a juris doctorate degree.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
• You excel at coaching and mentoring, providing calm, steady guidance even when responding urgently to stakeholders and leaders on fast‑moving customer deals.
• You effectively balance competing priorities while maintaining clarity, composure, and trust.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
• For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN., Bothell, Washington., or Cambridge, MA.
