About The Position
C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our team, primarily focused on managing high-volume customer accounts and resolving complex issues related to escalated aging invoices. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal offices, ensuring that collections processes are handled efficiently and effectively. As a Senior Collections Representative, you will leverage your expertise to guide less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional growth and development. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing advanced skills in various processes and systems to recover outstanding invoices. You will analyze data to identify complex problems and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies. Your contributions will not only involve direct collections efforts but also include offering insights for process improvements based on a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape. You will be expected to develop professional relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring that all interactions are timely and professional. Continuous skill development and expanding your collections knowledge will be essential, as will supporting the training and mentoring of team members in best practices and strategies. Additionally, you will coordinate the completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities, assisting with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed.
