About The Position

Strata-G Solutions, LLC is searching for a talented and experienced Senior CNC Programmer for multi-axis milling and lathe machining centers. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring our company produces quality parts and tools specific to engineering drawings and customer standards. What You'll Do Program, set up, and manage CNC machines (3/4/5 axis milling, drilling, and turning). Oversee operations, monitor results, and make real-time adjustments. Perform daily checks, preventative maintenance, and accurate documentation. Collaborate with the team to solve production and logistics challenges. What You Bring 10+ years of MasterCam programming on complex parts. Strong CNC turning experience; manual mill/lathe skills a plus. Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools. Solid understanding of shop safety and standard equipment. Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and attention to detail. Bonus Points For Certificate/diploma in engineering or machine programming. Experience with new CNC technologies, barcoding, or RFID systems.
