As a Senior Cloud Solution Architect, Cloud & AI Apps (Bilingual Spanish) in iCSU, you will design, land, and scale AI‑powered application architectures across Azure (including Azure OpenAI Service, AI Services, AKS/Containers, Data & App Platform, and GitHub) to accelerate Microsoft Cloud consumption. You will lead Customer‑funded technical engagements, remove blockers, and industrialize reusable patterns and accelerators that bring scale, agility, and cross‑solution coverage to our largest Global Accounts—coordinating delivery across international downstream locations for a seamless, globally coordinated customer experience. This opportunity will allow you to: 1.) deepen your AI apps expertise—from prompt engineering and retrieval patterns to responsible AI and cost governance—across complex, multi‑geo enterprises; 2.) develop solid business acumen linking architectural decisions to measurable value and consumption growth, and 3.) hone delivery leadership by orchestrating cross‑functional teams to ship secure, compliant, production‑ready AI solutions at scale.

Requirements

  • Experience with Azure services including Azure OpenAI Service, AI Services, AKS/Containers, Data & App Platform, and GitHub.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications and architectures.
  • Ability to lead technical engagements and remove blockers.
