About The Position
The position involves building tools and processes for automating security controls and monitoring at scale. The candidate will assist the team in improving incident response capabilities and guide company infrastructure teams in implementing security best practices for cloud environments. Additionally, the role includes leading security initiatives across the organization and hardening company infrastructure against attacks. The candidate will also represent Reddit's security program outside of the company at security conferences. Telecommuting is an option.
