Job Title Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer About your role: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Cloud expert to join our team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of cloud networking and infrastructure automation. What you’ll do: Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. Configure and manage VPCs, Route 53, and other networking components. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and testing. Monitor cloud environments using CloudWatch, ensuring high availability and performance. Manage and secure cloud resources including IAM roles/policies, RDS, and Lambda functions. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

8+ years of enterprise systems engineering experience.
6+ years of scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash).
5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Terraform, CloudFormation, serverless architecture using AWS Lambda.
3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
3+ years of experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.).
Solid understanding of networking concepts in AWS (VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, NAT, Route 53).
Knowledge of IAM best practices and security configurations.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, ECS, EKS).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
