The Senior Clinical Solution Consultant will join a high-performing team with high expectations and excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement. This role is designed for a professional who can excel in clinical trial strategy, planning, and execution, and who is eager to learn and grow within this space. In this position, you will leverage Citeline's evolving suite of solutions and services to help clients meet their business goals. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and communicating how Citeline's solutions can address those needs. This involves a firm understanding of Citeline's Clinical suite of solutions, which support Real World Data (RWD) custom use-case solutions, protocol, feasibility, and recruitment. As a subject matter expert in clinical operations and life sciences, you will partner with sales, implementation, and product teams to develop strategies that solve customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Citeline's offerings. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Citeline Product and Sales teams to test new clinical offerings, running capabilities and scoping discussions with clients, and representing Citeline at meetings and conferences. You will also be expected to support sales with informed clinical insights, prepare for key customer meetings, and develop strong professional relationships to maximize the lifetime value of each account. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for business growth and supporting revenue through innovative initiatives.
