Senior Clinical Research Associate
About The Position
You own IVD diagnostic clinical studies end-to-end — site activation through data lock — across multiple active trials at once. You are not a monitor who writes reports. You are the person who makes studies move. RDI runs sample collection studies for the companies building the tests that detect disease before symptoms appear. Regulated, high-stakes, fast. No buffer between you and the outcome. No politics because we cannot afford them. No bureaucracy because we do not want it. This is not a place to manage a career. Requirements
- Three or more years of hands-on CRA or CRC experience where you owned studies, not supported them.
- IVD, device, or diagnostics background strongly preferred.
- On-site in Van Nuys five days a week. Not negotiable.
