About The Position

The Senior Clinical Recruiter will manage recruitment for clinical positions, including CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and other anesthesia-related roles. This role involves screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization, as well as developing and maintaining an active candidate pipeline through targeted strategies and partnerships. The recruiter will partner with Chiefs and RVPs to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Additionally, the recruiter will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from initial inquiry through offer acceptance. Effective communication with candidates about job responsibilities, company culture, and benefits is essential, as is managing candidate expectations regarding salary and relocation assistance. The recruiter will work closely with clinical leadership to define job requirements and ensure alignment on hiring goals, while also promoting the company's brand within the clinical community and ensuring compliance with recruitment regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on clinical recruitment/healthcare.
  • Experience recruiting for anesthesia-related roles, such as CRNAs or anesthesiologists, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment in a healthcare setting and knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating clinical candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with HR technology, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday).

  • Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
