Assist with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Senior Recruiter work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will be part of Variable Staffing Pool (VSP).VSP Humana associates work part-time to full-time hours based on business need. VSPs are not eligible for bonuses. VSP associates receive limited benefits, which are effective upon hire. The Senior Recruiter refers applicants to position openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews. Assist with employment advertising and other related responsibilities. Begin to influence department's strategy. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
  • 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare operations
  • Workday experience or previous experience using formalized applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Working knowledge with Phenom, HireVue, Datapeople
