About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with financial acumen to drive product profitability and market growth.
  • Ability to translate scientific and clinical insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing cross-functional and executive teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics, regulatory environments, and reimbursement landscapes.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, voice of customer research, and technology trend analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product lifecycle — from research, design, and development to market launch and performance tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, integrating customer feedback, business goals, and scientific advancements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify portfolio gaps and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to ensure strong adoption and commercial success.
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and medical teams to enhance customer engagement and ensure product differentiation.
  • Manage product P&L, ensuring financial objectives and growth targets are met.
  • Establish relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to inform product strategy and align with clinical needs.
  • Contribute to defining user workflows and optimizing product experiences across clinical use cases.
  • Travel occasionally (up to 15%) to support business and customer initiatives.
