About The Position

Provides expert consultation and strategic leadership in designated areas of expertise with minimal oversight. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to address and shape organizational objectives. Disseminating advanced knowledge and best practices with peers and junior staff, serving as a transformational thought partner to support a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Drives regulatory compliance by using expert knowledge of state, federal, and agency requirements to leading and advising strategic audits, investigations, and chart reviews to ensure strategic alignment. Implements, develops, and revises policies, procedures, protocols, and educational programs to drive long-term regulatory excellence. Provides consultation, designs, and delivers advanced training sessions, seminars, and workshops for staff and practitioners to drive strategic organizational objectives. Mentors and coaches staff on complex policies, procedures, protocols, educational programs, and strategic best practices. Leads implementation of strategic innovation initiatives in care delivery models and workflows to drive future success. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and drive long-term strategic objectives. Implements policies, procedures, and standards while providing recommendations for improvement to drive future organizational strategic success. Provides expert guidance and strategic direction on interpretation and application of policies and procedures and leads and sustains alignment with organizational objectives, strategic plans, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
