The individual will also provide consultation, design, and deliver advanced training sessions, seminars, and workshops for staff and practitioners to drive strategic organizational objectives. Mentoring and coaching staff on complex policies, procedures, protocols, educational programs, and strategic best practices is also a key aspect of the role. The position leads the implementation of strategic innovation initiatives in care delivery models and workflows to drive future success, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and drive long-term strategic objectives.
