About The Position
When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives. Initiates and ensures the quality of pharmacy and drug distribution services in all patient care areas. During their shift, assumes direct responsibility of medication distribution, IV admixtures and the safety & efficacy of prescribed drug therapy in accordance with laws and regulations governing pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy by the appropriate state and federal agencies. Provides drug information to medical staff and patients upon request or when the need is apparent. Routinely takes on added responsibility for assigned area, function, or specialty.
