Be the Best Sr Director Clinical Operations You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Master's degree in nursing/public health or healthcare administration Five years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business, preferably in health care. Registered Nurse license in state(s) practicing with strong clinical skills. Preferably have prior management/supervisory experience in a hospice or home health agency or equivalent education. Demonstrated ability to effectively direct a variety of personnel and utilize mentoring and motivational skills. Responsibilities: As a Sr Director Clinical Operations, you will: Responsible for oversight of and/or scheduling, payroll and other administrative duties. Ensures that all patient/family services comply with federal, state(s) and local regulatory requirements and with accepted professional standards. Participates and promotes Back to Bedside efforts in reinforcing Case Management skills, knowledge and attitude per protocol for all disciplines Attend the interdisciplinary group meeting on a regular basis and serves as a liaison with the Medical Director and clinical staff Participates in or leads quality improvement activities, including data collection and aggregation as able Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities related to patient and family services, including Quality Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you. Requirements
