This is a non-billable position split approximately 50/50 between clinical oversight and operational leadership. Requirements

BCBA certified or licensed behavior analyst (required)
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or related field
3+ years as a certified/licensed behavior analyst
3+ years supervising ABA programs
Highly detail-oriented with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience with CentralReach; proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Suite
Growth-minded, operationally savvy, and a natural people leader

Responsibilities

Conduct overlaps with Clinical Managers to ensure quality and consistency of services across your region
Perform session note audits and data reviews to uphold compliance and clinical integrity
Manage high-priority cases and develop clear plans of action when challenges arise
Address BT and family escalations with professionalism and urgency
Build and execute action plans when provider or client cancellations are elevated
Conduct regular 1:1s and monthly check-ins with CMs and Supervisors
Assess team capacity to determine when caseloads can grow -and when it's time to hire
Feed directly into workforce planning decisions, including when to bring on additional BCBAs or case supervisors
