Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Select Specialty Hospital Senior Clinical Liaison Richmond Who We Are Our hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. We help patients during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of their lives – and our team plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent care every step of the way. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Senior Liaison assists with strategic growth initiatives in the market. The Senior Liaison helps train and mentor team members and steps in to cover for other liaisons, admissions coordinators, and the Director of Business Development when they are off. Other responsibilities of the Clinical Liaison position include: Assists the Director of Business Development in all meetings and reports Mentors team members in the field and creates development plans for newer or struggling team members Helps liaisons complete clinical assessments during busy times Helps write patient success stories

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist with a valid state license.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Experience as a Clinical Liaison preferred.
