About The Position
At Butterfly Effects, we are proud to improve the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder through a family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach. Our mission is to deliver ABA treatment in partnership with families to foster a more joyous life. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team as a Senior Clinical Learning & Development Specialist. This newly created role reports directly to the Director of Professional Development and plays a pivotal role in improving the preparedness of BCBAs and RBTs, enhancing center operations, and advancing the quality of training initiatives across the company. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Deerfield Beach, FL corporate headquarters with occasional travel to regional centers for training and observational visits.
