Requirements

3+ years of clinical documentation specialist experience.
5+ years of acute clinical experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Strong computer and keyboarding skills; proficient in multiple software programs.
Advanced knowledge of pathophysiology, disease processes, and treatments.
Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
