About The Position

The position involves traveling to local courts and retrieving data via computer/web-based systems, or by accessing files and other documents related to the applicant's history from the county clerks. The candidate will be responsible for locating information quickly and accurately in accordance with applicable state laws and procedures, retrieving and entering data from various sources, and using software programs to enter criminal results to clients. The role also includes performing extensive in-person inquiries and searches to supplement criminal records, analyzing information collected to identify potential problems or discrepancies, and proactively updating supervisors regarding any delays or issues that may impact business or clients.
