Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, labor analyses, financial analyses, and compliance activities.
  • Evaluate properties for suitability for industrial clients, considering various factors such as FEMA, wetlands, and utility infrastructure.
  • Discuss and analyze economic incentive programs and tax issues with clients.
  • Create models in Excel to estimate the value of incentive packages at various governmental levels.
  • Produce compliance materials and coordinate with clients to fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Present financial information and additional data for various deliverables, including market plans and process improvements.
  • Support the development of complex evaluations related to specific initiatives, including market views and benchmarking.
  • Conduct and present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to clients, providing preliminary recommendations.
  • Review and document cost savings from regional and national initiatives.
  • Manage the budgeting process for client capital and operating expenses.
