About The Position

Blanchard is seeking high-performing sales professionals to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. We have sales opportunities available across multiple segments (SMB, Enterprise, and Business Development). Role alignment, title, and portfolio will be determined based on experience and demonstrated ability to consistently generate and close new business. During the interview process, we will partner with you to determine the best fit based on your experience, strengths, and career goals. On Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $200,000+, inclusive of base salary and uncapped commission with a potential first-year guarantee. OTE is dependent on role, ramp time, and experience.

  • Demonstrated success acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts
  • Experience selling solutions, services, or platforms (leadership development, HR, SaaS, professional services preferred)
  • Track record of closing complex deals and managing a full sales cycle

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across assigned markets and industries.
  • Proactively prospect through outbound efforts including calls, emails, social selling, networking, and account-based strategies.
  • Own and execute territory and account plans aligned with Blanchard’s growth objectives.
  • Qualify opportunities using a consultative discovery approach and advance deals with urgency and clarity.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, including discovery, solution alignment, proposals, and negotiation.
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate value and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Position Blanchard as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions to organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and additional buying groups.
  • Support post-sale collaboration to ensure strong client experience and long-term growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR, L&D, OD, and executive leaders.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives, Solution Architects, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Provide market and client feedback to inform sales strategy, messaging, and solution development.
