About The Position

Colliers | Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator to be the trusted operational partner for one of our top-producing brokerage teams. This is a highly visible, respected role where your expertise directly impacts deal execution, client experience, and broker success. If you love bringing order to complex transactions, take pride in accuracy and follow-through, and enjoy being the person others rely on, this role was built for you. In this role, you are not “support in the background.” You are a key partner to brokers, clients, attorneys, and internal teams. Your work keeps transactions moving, ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and allows brokers to focus on strategy and relationships. This position is ideal for an experienced brokerage administrator, transaction coordinator, or a former residential or commercial real estate agent who prefers execution, organization, and client service over prospecting.
