The Senior Client Services Representative is responsible for managing client interactions with a demonstrated passion for building strong relationships. This person will engage with internal and external parties to address all client needs in a professional and timely manner. The candidate will be a member of our Operations team and should be experienced working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount. The ideal candidate for this role has a team player attitude and is self-motivated to delivering great results. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, and responsive individual with strong customer focus and the desire to exceed clients' expectations. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
