As a Senior Client Service Representative, your primary focus is providing exceptional client service. You will oversee insurance programs, manage transactions, update client information, and negotiate coverage terms. Collaborating closely with the account servicing team, you will also address inquiries, maintain data integrity and interpret complex documents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience working with insurance products and employee benefits at an agency or related company.
  • Experience managing group benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and voluntary benefits.
  • Strong understanding of self-funded medical plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized problem solver with good time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle a wide variety of tasks.
  • Proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets and Word Documents.
  • Ability to navigate Agency Management Systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex documents, such as insurance policies, applications, and proposals.
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire.
  • BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field.
