Overview At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Senior Client Service Manager to join our Employee Benefits team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to build strong relationships, deliver results, and contribute to our shared success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A talent for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
  • A commitment to doing what’s right for clients and the team.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing complex client accounts, ideally in Employee Benefits or a related field.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Take charge of the renewal process, working with the production team to deliver the best solutions on time.
  • Strengthen client relationships and secure new opportunities by building trust and providing ongoing care.
  • Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.
