About The Position

Moneta is searching for a service-minded Finance professional to join one of our Partner teams as a Senior Client Service Manager. As a Senior Client Service Manager, you will work directly with the team’s Advisors and Partner on a wide spectrum of projects that are focused on the client’s needs. In everything we do, we focus on the client and their needs first in order to deliver the best possible experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance
  • Three or more years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Responsibilities

  • Assists Advisors and Partner in daily operations and has a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
  • Acts as a mentor and provides guidance and training to new and additional client service manager team members
  • Acts as a liaison between the team Advisors and Partner and other team client service managers
  • Has an understanding of complex estate, tax planning, insurance needs, and investment-planning knowledge
  • Has established rapport with all assigned clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor and/or Partner
  • Demonstrates knowledge consistent with preparation of Financial Action Plans and recommendations for a client’s financial situation
  • Implements Partner and/or Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
  • Coordinates account transfers and confirms cost basis information for incoming assets
  • Populates and maintains systems data and client files
  • Verifies client account cash balances, generates and reviews monthly available cash report
  • Facilitates and tracks the onboarding process of new clients to Moneta systems and processes; ensures proper completion of all paperwork
  • Works directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
