Your Future TeamThe Senior M&A Integrations Analyst is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring that newly acquired advisor practices experience a smooth, well‑supported transition onto the Hightower platform. This role focuses on understanding each practice’s workflows, service model, and client experience so advisors can quickly and confidently operate within the Hightower ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience as a Client Service Associate (CSA) or similar advisor‑support role within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment. They will be naturally curious, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable navigating the nuances of advisor operations. Their experience working directly with advisors will help them anticipate challenges and design an onboarding experience that sets each practice up for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client‑facing, operational role within an RIA, preferably as a Client Service Associate or similar advisor-support position.
  • Strong familiarity with financial services technology used by advisors, including CRMs, reporting tools, custodial systems, and other common RIA applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, service-minded approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of each incoming advisor practice, including workflows, client service processes, and technology usage, to tailor an efficient onboarding and integration plan.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of advisor-facing operations to troubleshoot issues, recommend platform solutions, and help build role‑specific training content.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across Hightower to identify operational differences and address unique needs of each practice.
  • Collaborate with Integration Leads to refine project plans, ensuring they reflect the service model and structure of each onboarding practice.
  • Track progress using project management tools to ensure milestones, deliverables, and communication are consistently maintained.
  • Measure onboarding and integration effectiveness through KPIs such as advisor platform readiness, technology adoption, and pre‑ vs. post‑integration operational performance.
