Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization.
  • Previous experience in Salesforce or similar CRM for case management is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support global client base for Analytics and data-driven solutions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist clients with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling.
  • Review and analyze institutional investment manager data submitted and distributed via the company's website.
  • Create and maintain user guides and lead ad-hoc client training sessions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to meet service expectations and act as a technical liaison.
  • Assist with ongoing client service initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for system enhancements.
  • Serve as a resource for complex technical issues and advanced client inquiries, supporting junior analysts.
  • Lead onboarding and development of new hires and junior analysts.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve internal processes and client experiences.
  • Lead team and company-wide projects related to client service initiatives.
