About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Client Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing and delivering high-quality investment reports to institutional clients, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the firm's commitment to transparency and client service. Experience with Clearwater Analytics is essential for success in this role. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in investment reporting, performance analysis, or a similar role within asset management.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with FactSet Vermilion, and Clearwater Analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Familiarity with investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and insurance portfolios.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, especially for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience working with Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) as a portfolio accounting and reporting system.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute periodic and ad hoc investment reports using Clearwater Analytics and internal systems.
  • Reconcile portfolio data, including performance, holdings, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (portfolio management, accounting, performance, distribution, compliance) to gather and validate reporting inputs.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to meet evolving client needs.
  • Monitor reporting schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and configuring Clearwater Analytics to align with reporting specifications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
  • Support internal and external audits related to client reporting.
