About The Position

Requirements

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 9/10 license is required.
• Understanding of the financial services industry and/or securities industry.
• 2+ years in a client service capacity.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Notary preferred.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance policies associated with brokerage business.
• Demonstrated experience handling client concerns with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to prioritize issues and manage time effectively.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client complaints and provide resolutions that meet client needs.
• Provide advice and counsel on financial needs including retirement planning, investment management, and estate planning.
• Build and maintain strong personal relationships with clients.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to uncover their needs and concerns.
