The Senior Client Manager - Major Market Team position is responsible for assisting Newfront employee benefits Mid-Market and Large Group clients on a day-to-day basis by servicing them with the optimal combination of employee benefit programs, communication, and service administration to help them achieve their business goals. Your exceptional communication and project management skills help you connect with clients by email, phone or Video conferencing - quickly establishing trust and rapport. This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role and will be reporting to the Manager, Client Services. Requires seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients and prospects. This is a US-remote or hybrid role to work from one of Newfront's office locations or hubs in Southern California or Texas.
