Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3+ years experience in the fintech space and/or financial services
Project management experience or certifications a plus. Excellent group facilitation skills
Excellent influencing and partnering skills
Detail oriented with excellent communication / presentation skills (both written and oral)
Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint) required
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize ideas and data to effectively develop new approaches to issue resolutions
Ability to easily communicate complex information between the senior leadership, key stakeholders, and partners
Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality, integrity, and reliability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and exhibit a sense of urgency, a commitment to customer service, quality, and timely completion of duties without oversight

Responsibilities

Management of Embedded Banking partnerships
Lead the packaging and presentation of risk assessments to Senior Leadership Team of new aligned embedded banking partners.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with aligned partners working cross functionally to gather feedback from internal teams.
Lead to completion all post approval change requests for aligned partners
Lead, manage, and oversee the end-to-end review, approval, launch, and continual market growth of their assigned portfolio of BaaS programs
