About The Position

We’re hiring a Large Group Senior Client Manager to join our West Coast Client Success team and support our California client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who can roll up their sleeves on the tactical work while also serving as a consultative benefits expert who leads client engagements with strategic insight. We’re specifically looking for experience independently managing large group employer relationships in the 100-2,000 life range. This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for California-based candidates or those with extensive large group experience who are willing to travel to California for in-person client meetings. What makes this opportunity unique: at Nava, you’ll be on the frontlines supporting our #fixhealthcare mission by helping employers and employees get more value from their benefits. You’ll have the chance to make an outsized impact, while working with industry leading AI-powered tools transforming how HR teams manage renewals and how employees experience their benefits. This is a chance to do the work you love, championing client relationships, guiding members through the benefits journey, and delivering creative strategies, while also helping us dismantle the outdated, antiquated practices that keep this industry stuck in the stone ages. At Nava, you get to be the change that makes benefits smarter, simpler, and actually work for people. Join us!
