We’re hiring a Large Group Senior Client Manager to join our West Coast Client Success team and support our California client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who can roll up their sleeves on the tactical work while also serving as a consultative benefits expert who leads client engagements with strategic insight. We’re specifically looking for experience independently managing large group employer relationships in the 100-2,000 life range. This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for California-based candidates or those with extensive large group experience who are willing to travel to California for in-person client meetings.
