About The Position
As a Senior Client Manager at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be responsible for assessing and developing the client's business risk program, identifying gaps and making recommendations for additional or alternate coverage based on the client needs. You will oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading the marketing process, preparing comprehensive proposals, binding coverage, and ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation. You will also mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the agency's growth and retention goals.
